Carbon is the atom of life, present in all living beings, from the tiniest blade of grass to the largest (marine) mammal, it is the building block of living molecules.

Forged carbon is a recyclable, environmentally-friendly composite material based on carbon fiber and epoxy resin, manufactured using FIP (Forming in Place) technology.

Pieces of carbon fiber are placed in a mold and impregnated with resin. The mold is then cured in a high-pressure, high-temperature autoclave. The result is a uniquely patterned material with a marbled appearance, due to the random distribution of the carbon fibers.

Density / Strength

Forged carbon is 5 times lighter than steel and 3 to 4 times lighter than titanium, and highly resistant*. These stunning properties make it one of the preferred materials in industries such as aeronautics and automotive.
